Marketing Project Coordinator
About the role
Origin Coffee is looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing projects across the business.
Working closely with the Marketing Project Manager, you'll play a central role in keeping creative projects moving, coordinating partners to ensure assets are delivered accurately, on time and to brand standards. From print production to campaign coordination, asset filing and shoot support, you'll help bring Origin's brand to life across every touchpoint.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to projects, thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for a career within brand and marketing.
What you'll do
Packaging & Print Coordination
Lead the end-to-end coordination of coffee label and tasting card artwork, working closely with Design and Coffee Operations teams to ensure all assets are delivered accurately and on time.
Act as the primary point of contact for marketing print production, including menus, posters, vinyls and other branded materials.
Manage packaging and print production workflows, liaising with external printers and suppliers to oversee timelines, approvals and deliveries.
Partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure all printed materials are produced and delivered to specification and schedule.
Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Marketing Coordination
Own and maintain Origin's brand asset library, ensuring creative assets, press materials and key documentation are organised, current and easily accessible.
Manage and update the marketing calendar, tracking product launches, campaigns, events, retail activity and key business milestones.
Coordinate the approval, organisation and distribution of creative assets, campaign briefs and marketing documentation, ensuring internal teams and external partners are working from the latest approved versions.
Support the creation of marketing presentations and internal communications by sourcing content, imagery, product information and campaign updates.
Support the Social Media Manager with the organisation and upload of approved content across social channels.
Help optimise project management processes and creative workflows within Asana to improve efficiency and collaboration.
Conduct competitor and market research, identifying trends, insights and opportunities to inform campaigns, product launches and brand activity.
Campaign & Shoot Support
Support the Marketing Project Manager in the planning and delivery of photoshoots and creative productions.
Coordinate production logistics, including prop sourcing, location research and booking, travel arrangements, accommodation and supplier management.
Manage product sample requests for shoots, working with internal teams to ensure products are prepared and delivered on schedule.
Assist with purchase order administration, supplier invoicing and budget tracking where required.
Provide administrative and project coordination support across marketing campaigns, events, retail activations and creative projects.
Who you are
Skills & Experience
Experience in a project coordination, marketing, creative or administrative role.
Organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience using project management software, such as Asana, is desirable.
Experience using InDesign is advantageous but not essential, with training provided.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
What you'll bring
Values & Mindset
Highly organised with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Calm under pressure and able to prioritise competing deadlines.
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering work to a high standard.
Curious, eager to learn and excited to develop within a creative marketing team.
Passionate about creativity, design and exceptional brand experiences.
