The roastery team manages the entire coffee lifecycle, from sourcing green beans to developing and maintaining flavour profiles, to precision roasting; ensuring quality control through expert cupping and testing. The department also plays a key role in coffee purchasing, building long-term relationships with our suppliers, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
