- Collaborate with our training and technical teams to ensure every customer is supported and successful.
- Represent Origin at events, trade shows, and cuppings, acting as an ambassador for our coffee and culture.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, reports, and account plans to support forecasting and strategy.
- Contribute to regional and national sales planning alongside the Head of Wholesale.
- Deliver budgeted growth for Origin within your allocated region, across organic and new business.
Who you are
You’re an experienced sales or account management professional from the speciality coffee, hospitality, or wider F&B industry. You combine commercial drive with a genuine love of coffee and people. You’re comfortable working independently, managing your own pipeline, and representing a brand with integrity.
You’ll likely have:
- A track record of driving B2B sales and managing accounts in the speciality coffee industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Advanced coffee knowledge and barista skills, confident in leading tastings and training.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital tools for planning and reporting.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach to your work
- Experience growing from barista or café management positions into sales or account management.
- Comfort coordinating a variety of stakeholders and priorities.
What success looks like
- Consistent delivery against quarterly and annual sales targets.
- New account growth and strong customer retention across your region.
- Partners who are engaged, well-trained, and proud to work with Origin.
- Accurate, transparent CRM data supporting business planning.
- Visible contribution to the wider Wholesale team’s growth and success.
