Training & Account Manager (South and Midlands)
About the Role
This role supports one of our newest and largest wholesale partners to serve coffee that consistently reflects Origin’s standards of care, confidence, and quality.
As a dedicated Training & Account Manager, you’ll support sites located outside of Cornwall, including Devon & Dorset, the South Coast, Cotswolds & Avon, and the Midlands. You’ll deliver barista training, support quality, and strengthen the partnership between our two brands.
You’ll spend most of your time on the road, working directly with their retail teams to build skills, improve consistency, and ensure every cup represents both brands at their best. You’ll be a trusted link between Origin and our wholesale partner, focused on quality at every stage, from training to service.
Please note: Whilst extensive travel is required for this role, the most central point would be Gloucestershire or Worcestershire.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the main point of contact between Origin and the key account for all coffee-related training and quality matters.
- Plan and deliver structured training programmes to onboard new team members and upskill existing baristas across multiple sites.
- Monitor quality standards and report trends back to the Wholesale and Education teams.
- Collaborate with accounts leadership and operations teams to align on service goals and training priorities.
- Champion consistency and operational efficiency across multiple sites
- Provide feedback loops that help both Origin and the account continuously improve.
About You
You’ve worked in coffee, possibly at scale, and understand what great looks like on the bar. You take satisfaction in helping others improve, building skills, confidence, and consistency over time.
You’re a clear and approachable communicator who can adapt your style to suit different people and settings. You’re organised, proactive, and confident managing your own schedule on the road. You value long-term relationships and take pride in representing both brands with care and professionalism.
You are comfortable with your own car travel as you'll be visiting multiple sites across the working week.
