Supply Chain Manager

About the Role
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll lead Origin’s end-to-end supply chain – from inbound goods through to customer delivery. You’ll oversee packaging, consumables, materials, logistics partners, warehousing, and stock management.
This is a hands-on operational role at the heart of Origin’s production and distribution network. You’ll ensure suppliers and partners meet quality and service standards, logistics are reliable, and materials are in place to support production and fulfilment.
You’ll work closely with the Demand Planner, Head of Operations, Head of Roastery Production, Head of Coffee, and Logistics & Dispatch Manager to make sure our supply chain runs smoothly and supports the business’s continued growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage procurement and stock of packaging, materials, and consumables.

Oversee inbound logistics, warehousing, and outbound delivery to trade and D2C customers.

Lead supplier relationships, contracts, and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with sustainability commitments, food safety, and traceability.

Monitor stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and minimise waste.

Partner with Finance on budgets, spend analysis, and supplier performance.

Collaborate daily with Production, Coffee, and Dispatch to maintain supply continuity.
About you
You’re an experienced supply chain, procurement, or logistics professional who’s ready to take ownership of a full function. You combine commercial awareness with an operational mindset, demonstrating a firm grasp of supplier management in a quality-driven environment.
You’re comfortable working across teams, confident in managing multiple priorities, and motivated by building systems that support efficiency, sustainability, and scale.
You’ll bring
- Supply chain or logistics management experience.
- Supplier management and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost management.
- Experience with packaging and materials procurement in food & drink (advantageous).
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP and stock management systems.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
